Thank you for joining us for the 16th annual WORLDFEST.  Bring your family and friends to enjoy music from around our world on the eight stages.  Dine on fine food and drink and settle in for a wonderful weekend at the beautiful Fairgrounds, Grass Valley, California.

SEATING

Bring your low-backed lawn chair (under 32" from top of chair to ground & under 10” from seat to ground) for seating close to the stage.  You may bring full size lawn chairs to seat yourself beyond the soundboard.  Please, no chaise lounges. The fairground's policy is no tarps allowed on the meadow grass.  The music gate opens at 9:00 am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and the final performance will end by 11:00 PM each day.  Remember:  ALL seating areas are NO smoking. Many of the daytime stages have provided chair or bench seating.

DIRECTIONS TO THE NEVADA COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS
From Sacramento~Highway 80 East to Auburn.  Exit Highway 49 North to Grass Valley (28 miles).  Follow exit signs to Fairgrounds.
From Reno~Highway 80 West to Highway 20 West into Grass Valley.  In Grass Valley continue Highway 20 West towards Marysville and follow signs to Fairgrounds.
From Marysville/Yuba City~Highway 20 East to Grass Valley, exit McCourtney Road, follow signs to Fairgrounds.
Day Parking ~ You will be directed to the fairgrounds parking upon arrival. 

The Fairgrounds collects a $5 per day parking fee at the Day Parking – Gate 1.

CAMPING & RV HOOKUPS

Beneath tall pines and oaks, the level terrain is ideal for families with tents and campers.  RV Hookups (Water/Electric only and Water/Electricity/Sewer) are available by reservation with ticket packets described on the back.  Showers and fresh water are located throughout the grounds.  Lion Lake offers shoreline fishing for children.  No campfires or charcoal BBQ's are allowed.  Above the ground camp stoves are OK.  We suggest campers bring a shade canopy for their campsite.  Absolutely no pets are allowed at the festival or in the camping area.  Pet accommodations are available at The Kennels, call (530) 272-4670 for more information.  The camping gate opens at 8:00 AM each day.  There will be no ticket sales between 10:00PM and 8:00AM.  Sunday camping ticket holders may camp through Sunday night.  Checkout time is noon on Monday.  Ticket refund deadline is May 31, 2012.

Important Ticket and Camping Information
The Fairgrounds at Grass Valley camping area is level terrain and ideal for families with tents, campers, and RV's (hook-ups are available by reservation). Showers and fresh water are located throughout the grounds. Lion Lake offers shoreline fishing for children.   It is Open Camping – first come, first serve.  You select your camping spot when you arrive.  There are not set spaces, unless you have reserved an RV Hookup site.  Most campers set up beside their vehicle.  There are walk-in camping spaces available, too, with parking nearby.  Each person wishing to camp must purchase a ticket that includes camping.

4-Day Tickets with Camping begin Thursday 8AM to Monday at noon and include all music & activities for Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

3-Day Tickets with Camping begin Friday 8AM to Monday at noon and include all music & activities for Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

2-Day Tickets with Camping include 2 days of music plus camping for the same 2 days.

1-Day Tickets with Camping include full day of music plus that night's camping.

1-Day Tickets (no Camping) include the full day of music from 10AM to the end of music (usually about 11PM), workshops, dance and children's programs. A 1-Day Ticket may be used for the day of your choice.  Day Gate opens at 9AM.

Youth Tickets with Camping include all music, workshops, children's programs and camping for the full festival. Youth must be accompanied by an adult.  Youth is 13-16 years old.

Child Tickets with Camping include all music, workshops, children's programs and camping for the full festival. Child must be accompanied by an adult.  A child is 5-12 years old.  Under 5 is Free.

RV Festival Hookup Sites open at 8AM on Thursday, July 14 and your spot is available to you until noon on Monday, July 18. RV Hookup Sites are only available in the packages below:

Reserved Sites with FULL Hookups (water, electricity, sewer) are available as packages for the whole festival and include two Adult 4-Day tickets with camping.
